Keep track of warranties/defects liability period on the works performed.
Coordinate all corrective actions by contractors during warranty/ defects liability period.
Make recommendation for Final Acceptance Certificate.

Minimum Requirements:

Aged 35-50.
B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. 
Minimum 15 years experience in oil and gas companies, including ten (10) years of outstanding project management experience for major oil/gas projects.
Computer literate, fully proficient in Excel, MS Project, Power Point, etc. 
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.

Basic Function:

Plans supervise and monitor the maintenance and operation of all Company gas turbines and provide technical support, analysis, and troubleshooting

Worked Performed:

Supervises the activities of assigned personal in Gas Turbine Section, Performs supervisory functions at the level established by management.
To perform troubleshooting, field activities, and maintenance activities for the all gas turbines including all auxiliary systems, particularly frame 5 GE gas turbines.  
Perform hands on repair, overhaul, combustion inspection activities, baroscopic inspection, online/offline washing, gas turbine alignment, and all auxiliary systems maintenance. Maintain the history maintenance records.
Execute all maintenance routines in time. Participate in condition monitoring checks on gas turbines, notify any abnormality or malfunction. Monitors the operational performance of the gas turbines, running parameters and auxiliaries operations using the condition monitoring techniques. Coordinates and establish the relative CBM records and database. Perform vibration analysis and implement the monitoring program for both offline data and Bentley Nevada online data.
Perform gas turbine overhaul and repair, identify spare parts from manufacturer drawing and spare parts list. Arrange all necessary resources for all type of maintenances.
Lube oil samples collection, lube oil condition monitoring.
Perform assigned duties in accordance to the HSEM system. Perform tool box and task risk assessment meeting to establish scope of work, safety requirement, permit to work, special tools and material.
Perform close monitoring data collection (i.e. process parameters and running parameters).
Analysis and Reporting of machine and problem.
Promptly attend plant upsets and perform troubleshooting for all type of Machinery and assist operations at all events.
Attend major shutdowns, solo runs and over speed trip tests.
Support other divisions and contributes in the teamwork activates
Establish gas turbines tracking sheets relative to FFH (Factored Firing Hours) and plan the short term and long term inspection plan for each gas turbine
Follow up all gas turbines spare parts stock balance. Follow up the inventory safety stock quantities, min/max quantities, land long lead items.
Review maintenance procedures, job plans, standing instruction, operating manuals, and to update Company manuals for safe maintenance and operation.
Prepare and plan in details all inspection activities, planned maintenance, major overhauls, and maintenance jobs during planned shutdowns and forced shutdowns. Define and follow up all required resources to perform the maintenance activities.
Perform all re-commissioning field procedures and statuary safety checks following overhauls and repairs.
Participate on the job training programs and instruction of craftsmen and company trainees on the operation and maintenance of all gas turbines and its auxiliary systems.
Ensure that work reports for all normal, breakdown, and overhaul maintenance are processed and documented. Issue file notes to document any event or incidents.
Has regular contact at all levels from Supervisors to Section Heads with Operations and Maintenance Divisions.  
Has occasional contact with the equipment suppliers and sub- contractors.
Reports to Lead /Gas Turbine Engineer
Works independently and according to technical established procedures, professional Engineering standards.
Completed work is subject general review by Lead /Gas Turbine Engineer.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
6-8 years working experience on Gas Turbines, particularly frame 5 GE gas turbine.
Good Knowledge of spoken and written English
Good problem solving, decision making and analytical skill with attention to details
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Monitors member and provider satisfaction survey results and implements changes as needed to increase satisfaction and assure that satisfactory relationships are maintained between network providers and plan participants.

Minimum Requirements:

Aged 35 -55
Bachelors in Public Health administration with recognized MOH certification.
10 years experience in medical health administration in a medical healthcare environment, MOH establishment.
Knowledge of medical and quality improvement practices in a managed medical care environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with medical service providers, staff and management
Ability to manage difficult peer situations arising from medical care reviews with sensitivity towards the employee population

Supervises the preparation of quarterly and final accounts and underlying schedules and subsidiary reports and statements for both the Joint Venture and Company Sole Risk and issue of billing statements as per company Accounting Guide Service Agreements.
Provides advice on the preparation and compilation of the annual Master Budget and subsequent revisions processes, including equitable cost and UOA sharing as per shareholders / ventures agreements accounting guides and consolidation of budget summaries for presentation to Shareholders / Fl NCO.
Aligns the operating and capital costs activities to properly reflect Company's business requirements and Accounting Guide Classifications.
Monitors actual operating and capital costs against budget and agrees with Business Units Financial Controllers action to be taken to rectify variances. Controls and endorses the collection of data required to support cost reallocation from various Business Units.
Supervises timely consolidation / update and production of Company Fixed Assets register for new and existing projects to be issued to Shareholders and Divisional Managers. Reviews and ascertains Fixed Assets and Depreciation schedules prior to issuing to Shareholders. Provides necessary Fixed Assets additions / deletions and information for insurance coverage purpose.
Coordinates and controls the Capital commitment and Expenditure to Shareholders / Management on the progress of all capital and major Maintenance works such as plants, equipment, etc. by reviewing related financial statements / authorization for expenditure as per approved Capital Budget and alerts Asset Units of any unbudgeted capital items.
Knows the company's health, safety and environment policy, procedures, regulations and objectives as they relate to his area of responsibility and ensure that they are effectively implemented in his domain.
Supervises other related duties as assigned by Supervisor such as verify Budget Requests, AFEs, Shareholders / SPC Oil Royalty Accounting. Liaising with External 1 Internal Auditors for conducting reviews and discussing findings. Preparing Adhoc Reports for management and other Associated Ventures. Giving professional advice on accounting guides polices for new / revised Associated Ventures Agreements.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance with appropriate Membership of Certified Professional Body (ACCA, CPA, ACA or equivalent).
10 - 12 years experience in finance and accounting in a large industry with at least 4 years in the oil industry including exploration, project and production accounting.
Very good knowledge of English.

Operates Company Impress  Accounts (petty cash funds) being  administered by  Finance Division  and  other divisions of the Company such as general services, human resources, and public relations, etc.
Administers the preparation of monthly Cash Calls to ensure adequate funds are available to meet day to day demand and ensure optimal level of cash available.
Initiate Payment  Runs/batch  relating  to payments  to  Vendors  and employees in addition to payments relating to off-cycle and monthly Payroll payments.
Co-ordinate with account payable for ensuring availability of necessary funds for monthly payment cycles
Maintains all Company received and issued bank guarantees, performance bonds  and/or advance payment guarantees and initiates the required register of control. Monitors timely extension and release of bank guarantees.
Ensures availability of all data relating to monthly treasury report and management report.
Performs other related or similar duties as assigned.
Provides opportunities for training and development of employees under his direction (with emphasis on UAE Nationals) and assesses their progress, this includes on-the-job  training, counseling and proper work delegation.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor in Accountancy or equivalent with a Professional certificate.
6 years’ experience in accounting work preferably related to computerized accounting systems in large organization.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

Catering Supervisor

Assists supervisor in surveying all recreational facilities at local hotels and clubs currently 16 for the purpose of getting Individual and Corporate membership for employees and their families and supervises the issuance of membership cards (approximately 3000 cards.  Arranges with the Club supervisor for employees’ private functions at the Company Club and plans menus to suit their respective budget.  Arranges through hotels for training courses, and workshops. 
Participates in the preparation of the section budget. Checks food invoices of meeting, courses, workshop that comes from contractors includes monitoring expenditure and justifying variances to Supervisor.  
Prepares the services required for the classical concert shows, cinema films and other Auditorium functions.   Proof reads, and amends as necessary the weekly Company Club diary concerning the Club activities and Sport Sections affairs.  Abides and implements the recommendation of Health and Safety inspector’s reports.
Prepares scope of work for catering contractors regarding manpower, duties & menu to ensure that the services is up to Company's requirements and standards.
Ensures through site visits during and after office hours the execution of catering and housekeeping contracts at the Company’s Club and Restaurant, this includes, following up on compliance of contractor with contract terms, selection of contractors personnel to work on Company’s properties, recommending contractors specifications & qualification, etc.  Reports for any Company’s facilities/assets against improper usage by contractors/employees etc. 
Knows the Company health, safety and environmental policy, procedures, regulations and objectives as they relate to his area of responsibility.  Ensures that work under his control is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner. Conducts effective accident investigation and follow up.  Implements specific safety management system program activities assigned to him. Oversees the proper and hygienic maintenance/ cleaning of kitchens and restaurant
Provides back-up services such as equipment, furniture, seating etc. when arranging Company’s functions and sports activities. Liaises with other divisions such as Safety & Environmental Protection, Estates, Public Relations to investigate complaints related to services, catering etc.  
Performs other related duties as and when required such as visiting sports venues and recreational facilities at Clubs and Hotels, monitoring the presence of contractor’s personnel   and recommending necessary deductions to contractor’s payments in case of absenteeism, acting for Senior Catering & Recreation Officer during absence.  

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Catering & Hotel Management.
