Worked Performed:

Establishes and maintains efficient and cost effective methods of filing and document management systems by developing standard procedures and utilizing integrated electronic database management workflow systems (EDMS) and computerized inventory and retrieval systems. 
Develops, organizes and updates Department’s filling system. 
Enters and updates references for incoming documents and arranges for dispatch; assists in typing of documents, memos and reports through computer and performs various clerical duties in the Directorate as and when required. 
Transfers inactive documents from HQ to corporate archives and retrieves the documents as and when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Completion of Secondary (12 years) education followed by two-year diploma in information Management or equivalent.
6 years experience in document control discipline
Good knowledge of English & Arabic.
