Worked Performed:

Manages, directs and coordinates the design, implementation, communication and coordination of various critical activities related to HSEF and sustainability programmes for Pipelines and Terminal Department (P&TD) under Supply Division.
Develops and provides technical and administrative direction on all HSEF decisions which will bear critical importance to company objectives, operations and profitability.

Minimum Requirements:

B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Internationally recognised Certification in Health, Safety, Environment and Fire is preferable.
10 years’ experience in Health, Safety, Environment and Fire, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry of which 5 years should have been at supervisory level.
Excellent knowledge of international and local HSEF legislation and regulations.
Has HSE impact expertise and the ability to assess and plan the mitigation of negative factors.
Management and Planning skills.
Project Management ability.
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate.
Quick and sound decision making and judgement.
Very good oral and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable.
Audit/assessment skills using auditing management systems.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to lead and consolidate a pro-active HSEF culture within organisations.
Proven ability to educate and motivate.
Data analysis and report writing skills.
