Network Engineer
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Worked Performed:
• Monitors the operation of Company Network services like (Internet, Intranet, WAN MPLS Links, Voice, Video Conferencing, etc.) and implementing the latest technologies.
• Oversees the operation and support of Company network facilities to ensure safe continuous availability to all users. Implements the enhancement of this network services and takes corrective actions for a smooth and uninterrupted network service to the users in according to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Supervises the engineering of new installations/expansions of facilities and assists in the resolution of problems across the Company sites. Prepares feasibility studies and work scope of new projects utilizing project management tools available.
Minimum Requirements:
• B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 5 years’ experience in computer network operations, Internet, Intranet, network applications and advanced technologies, including planning and implementation of network and communication systems and services, ideally within an oil/gas environment.
• Good knowledge of English Language.
• Good knowledge of CISCO equipment.
