A/C & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Basic Function:
• Oversees maintenance of a various type of mechanical systems related to building services such as HVAC, elevators, pumps and the installation, operation, additions/alterations and modifications of HVAC systems, and other related mechanical equipment.
• Prepares technical feasibility and equipment pertaining to Company owned and leased properties which include all office building and residential units In & outside Abu Dhabi City, Company HQ, Shaikh Khalifa Energy Complex (SKEC, Sas Al Nakhl Complex, The Petroleum Institute (PI), ATI at Al Shawamekh and workshops, Satellite Clinics such as Habshan, Bu ass, Asab, Medinat Zayed and various other properties (owned/leased) in western region and other region in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi.
• Activities also include coordination with Civil Projects Division for various upcoming projects
Minimum Requirements:
• B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 8 years professional experience in an A/C and mechanical maintenance works, preferably relating to multi-storied buildings
• Good knowledge of English.
