Worked Performed:
• Document Control, including technical documents, drawings, commercial
• Maintains and updates records of technical document and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for meeting, document
• Schedule and organize technical meetings with internal and external parties.
• Save document in proper holder in the system and paper file.
• Update the department budget status according to FA report every month.
• Collect data and prepare document, such as remaining payment,
Minimum Requirements:
• Vocational Diploma/Certificate from a 2 - 3 years Technical course.
• Knowledge in IT handling (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
• 5-years related work experience in office work, documentation and control.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment and Engineering disciplines like
• Oil and Gas experience would be added advantage.
