Worked Performed:

Document Control, including technical documents, drawings, commercial
Maintains and updates records of technical document and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for meeting, document
Schedule and organize technical meetings with internal and external parties.
Save document in proper holder in the system and paper file.
Update the department budget status according to FA report every month.
Collect data and prepare document, such as remaining payment,

Minimum Requirements:

Vocational Diploma/Certificate from a 2 - 3 years Technical course.
Knowledge in IT handling (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
5-years related work experience in office work, documentation and control.
Knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment and Engineering disciplines like
Oil and Gas experience would be added advantage.
