Minimum Requirements:

Should have 5 years experience as Office Clerk in Administration and HR. 
He should have good knowledge of administration activities including preparing of contracts (individual and company to company), budgeting, employee’s mobilization, coordinate with contractors etc.
Good knowledge of computer, English, documentations etc.
