Basic Function:

Standardizes HR policies amongst Company and its Group of Companies, supervises and controls the preparation, editing, publication and distribution of new/revised Corporate HR policies (including the Company Employee Handbook), update the content and ensure consistent design and branding, while advising on the integration and streamlining of strategies for the updated policies. 
Liaises with relevant stakeholders within the HR Directorate to identify their functional processes and develop appropriate procedures to capture a complete view of all activities related to the identified processes while ensuring the alignment of all business processes for effectiveness, efficiency and business continuity. 
Contributes to the fostering of the Corporate HR role in relation to policy matters across Company and its Group of Companies.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR management or business administration or relevant disciplines.
10 years of diversified experience related to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, preferably in the oil/gas or petrochemical industries.
Demonstrate planning, process development, re-engineering and performance measurement skills. Project management skills and work experience on multiple concurrent projects while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and consulting skills (both verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal capabilities and skills to manage change and drive results both internally and with external vendors.
Good report writing skills. Fluency in English. Good facilitation and negotiation skills. Strong customer and team orientation with mentoring and coaching skills.
